How TaskXBid works, in short.
Posting a task
LiveChoose a category: Promote My X Account, Promote My X Post, Promote My Project on X, Test My Project, Give Me Feedback, Create Content or Find Bugs (the form lists the ones currently available). Add a clear description, a USDC budget (at least the minimum below), a completion deadline and any requirements.
Each user can publish a limited number of new tasks in any rolling 24-hour period (see Current rules). It's your own limit, not shared with anyone. Once you reach it, you can post again as soon as your oldest task in that window is more than 24 hours old. Renewing, editing or cancelling tasks never uses your allowance, and browsing and bidding are never limited.
Requirements describe what you need: deliverables, links, screenshots, files, or self-reported targets such as minimum views or likes. TaskXBid does not verify X metrics.
You need a public X profile URL on your profile. It is shown to others but not verified.
Not allowed: requests for seed phrases, private keys or wallet credentials, theft, unauthorized access, fake reviews or engagement, guaranteed follower/view numbers, fraud or anything illegal. Test My Project and Find Bugs tasks require you to confirm you are authorized to have the project tested.
Bidding
LiveBidding runs in windows (see Current rules). When a window closes, no new bids are accepted, but existing bids stay visible and the creator can still choose one — or renew bidding for another window. Renewing doesn't count toward your new-task limit.
A task lives for a fixed maximum time from its original publication. Renewals never extend that limit. If no bid is accepted by then, the task expires: it stays on record but can't receive bids, be renewed or be awarded. The bidding windows are separate from the completion deadline.
There is no minimum bid. Workers name their price in USDC — below, at or above the budget — with a proposal and a few category-specific answers about how they'll do the work. The creator decides. Bids and proposals are public.
Bids are shown lowest first and the lowest offer is marked, but the creator chooses any bid — price isn't the only factor. One bid per task; you can't bid on your own task.
The task creator accepts one bid: the task moves to In progress and other bids are marked not selected. No funds move yet.
Delivering & finishing
LiveThe assigned worker submits their work on the task page: links, evidence and category-specific details (for example issue or bug reports). Submitted work is visible only to the task creator and the worker.
The creator reviews it and either requests changes (the worker can resubmit) or finishes the task. Finishing marks the task completed.
Finishing a task does not transfer any USDC yet. Payment through escrow is planned and not live.
Payments in USDC on Solana
PlannedWhen escrow launches, payments will be crypto-only, in USDC on Solana. Today no payment runs through TaskXBid.
There is no platform token.
Escrow
PlannedPlanned: after a bid is accepted and the worker signs the escrow terms, the accepted bid is deposited into an escrow smart contract on Solana. The bid goes to the worker when the work is approved (or the review window ends).
A platform fee is planned, but its amount and who pays it are not finalized. They will be published here before escrow launches.
The escrow contract is not live yet.
